Our refund policy is designed taking into consideration the duration of your bookings and the services you have chosen.


One day/ Hourly Booking :


You will get 100% refund if you cancel prior to 24 hours and if cancelled within 24 hours, you will receive refund for only F&B (food and beverages).

Daily Bookings :


You will get 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time. In case of cancellations within 24 hours from start time, you will receive 75% of your paid amount towards shared space and 100% refund against any F&B ordered for.

Weekly Bookings :


You will get 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time. In case of cancellations within 24 hours from start time, you will receive 75% of your paid amount towards shared space and 100% refund against any F&B ordered for.

Monthly Bookings :

  • - If you cancel prior to 15 days from start time, you will get refund for 100% of your paid amount.
  • - In case you cancel within 7-15 days from start time, you will receive 75% of the amount paid towards shared space and 100% amount paid towards food.
  • - In case you cancel within 7 days from start time, you will not get any refund on payment towards shared space.  However, 100% amount paid towards F&B will be refunded.
